The following is included:

      • Private use of The Slate Barn & Gardens property for 10 hours (beginning at 12:00 p.m.)
      • Ceremony Location – The Garden Lawn
      • Reception Location – The Slate Barn (w/ market lights and finished concrete flooring)
      • Cocktail Hour Location – Poolside Patio (w/ fire pit and twinkle lights)
      • Bridal Suite (w/ private bath; available to you beginning at time of rehearsal the day prior to your wedding)
      • Property access at 12:00 noon, on day of wedding
      • Up to 7 hours of actual event time (event/music must end at 10:00 p.m.)
      • Two hours of access to site for décor set up and rehearsal the day prior to your wedding (time based upon availability)
      • Site manager on site for rehearsal and entire day of rental
      • Selection of Artisan Cheese, Fresh & Dried Fruit & Gourmet Nuts w/ Crackers for Cocktail Hour
      • BBQ Tri-tip & Chicken (Grilled on-site) Buffet Dinner with, Salad and 2 Side Dishes OR Hawaiian BBQ Buffet Dinner OR Food Stations (artisan pizza, grilled sliders, grilled cheese, and/or tacos)
      • Water Station
      • China, Flatware, & Glassware
      • Serving Staff
      • Shuttle Service (one shuttle throughout event; picking up from and dropping off at one of our preferred hotels or other location; pick up/drop off location to be chosen by client and approved by venue)

      • On-site restrooms for up to 130 guests

      • Gold Chiavari Chairs w/ white cushions (for ceremony & reception)
      • Banquet Tables (for reception; choice of 60” round or 6’ rectangular tables)
      • Farm Tables (for Sweetheart Table, Welcome Table, Buffet & Water Station)
      • Table for Dessert
      • Belly Bars & Cocktail Tables (for cocktail hour)
      • Any Color Linens & Napkins (poly, floor-length)
      • Gold mercury, clear glass or mason jar votive holders with tea lights
      • Lanterns (can be used as available, as client wishes; client provides candles)
      • Rustic Wood & Gold Metal Cake Stands
      • Lawn Games (giant Jenga and corn hole)


    Package Additions

    • Late-night or Cocktail Hour Hot Food Station (pizza, grilled cheese, sliders) – $10/person
    • Wedding Cake OR Cupcakes – $4/person
    • Bar Set Up w/ Bartender (you bring the alcohol, we provide, bar, up to 3 specialty glasses, ice, ice bins, bar set up and bartender) – $500
    • Wedding Flowers – Custom Pricing
    • Month-of Wedding Coordinator (coordinate with vendors, organize/distribute day-of schedule, full service day-of coordination) – $800
    • Farm Tables – $70/table
